Membership of the CAS is split into three main groups:

• Associates   – Siddha Medical / Yogic practitioners who have yet to pass the Council's assessments for membership
• Members   - Medical / Yogic practitioners who have successfully completed the Council 's assessments and applied for membership
• Fellows   - members in good standing who have made a significant contribution to Siddha practice/primary care, or have supported the Council 's aims and objectives

CAS membership is also extended to Associates in Training (physicians in specialty training for Siddha practice) and Life Members.
